CLM is a quality improvement program contributing to improving client/community accessibility and utilization of HIV/TB services in Uganda through a quality improvement approach led by the most-at risk community. with funding from PEPFAR, CLM is implemented in 80 districts of Uganda to spur improved quality, availability, accessibility, and utilization of HIV/TB services for People Living with HIV and people most affected by HIV/TB.
